Admission Accelerator 2nd Month Leaderboard Results

We are officially 2 months into our 90-day Admission Accelerator contest with 1 month left to make an impact on the Leaderboard.  Kudos to NOLA for remaining in the Top 3 centers with growth in admissions for the past two months!  If you notice, 2 new centers have moved into the Top 3 on the Leaderboard, Elizabeth City and Louisville.  We also wanted to acknowledge that we currently have 33 centers who are hitting the threshold of 10% growth over the average admissions from June – August.  Nice work to all!

When seeking feedback on how centers have been successful, we have heard two common themes.  One is that the center team members have an all-in approach.  Team members are crossed trained where applicable to be able to support our patients and each other.  Everyone pitches in to support one another.  The second theme that we heard is to be able to admit on demand.      

As a reminder, all are welcome to join in the weekly CCP calls on Friday mornings.  We have a collaborative conversation around tips and tools to help you accelerate your outreach efforts.  I will also be more than happy to work with your center or region independent of the weekly calls if you need additional support or ideas.  Also reach out to those leaders of the top growth sites for best practices and how they are accelerating their admissions through focus, strategy, and outreach.

See below for the ongoing support and tools/tips for outreach efforts:

  • As mentioned before, the most important thing to have for a successful community outreach program is a Center Community Partner (CCP).  Every center should have one person designate at the CCP who is dedicated to four (4) hours of community outreach each week. Please update the CCPs for each center so we can add them to our weekly calls and make sure they get the resources needed to succeed!
  • Join our Friday CCP call every Friday at 11:30 EST to review best practices and successes within our outreach efforts.  If you cannot make the call, as long as we have you added to the invitation and distribution list, we will be sending out a weekly recap of the agenda as well as a recording each meeting. All are welcome!  If you would like to join, email Jeanine Morea and she will send you an invite.
  • Did we mention that we have resources already available!  We have heard a number of centers leveraging the print portal for brochures and promotional items as well as our resources on Community Outreach
