Sales, Marketing & Communications, July/Aug, ’22

National Recovery Month is coming in September, kicked off by International Overdose Awareness Day on August 31. Here’s what you need to know about how BHG is participating in this celebratory month and how our Sales, Marketing & Communications Team is supporting you.

BHG’s Premiere Sponsorship of the Mobilize Recovery 2022 Bus Tour

BHG is proud to announce its first national sponsorship with the Mobilize Recovery Tour 2022. We’ll be on the ground at the tour kick-off on Labor Day, Sept. 5, with some of our Nevada colleagues. The BHG brand and storytelling will be all throughout the Industrial Event Space educating and connecting with an expected 500 people. We’ll also host a Narcan training and give out BHG-branded Narcan bags and other informational materials. We anticipate media coverage, especially as we all gather round the giant bus as it takes off on its cross-country tour highlighting the recovery experience. Our brand is also on banners that will be visible at all 26 tour stops. BHG and the Mobilize Recovery crews will be sharing each other’s social media as well. Check out this NBC Las Vegas story that talks about the tour and the back story of one of the passionate founders, Ryan Hampton.

Your Posters are on the Way!

National Recovery Month posters created by Faces and Voices of Recovery (FAVOR) will arrive at all treatment centers before Aug. 31. These should be placed in your high-traffic patient areas like lobbies and group meeting rooms.

Tell us about your events! If you haven’t already, enter your local event plans in this spreadsheet on Teams to help the Sales, Marketing & Communications Team see how our company is showing up for Recovery Month across the country and explore ways to amplify your efforts. And send our Progress Notes editor, Susan Young, one short, written summary and 1-3 photos taken at your local events, and we’ll consider sharing in the October and November newsletters and on social media.

Thank you for all that you do every day to work with purpose and walk alongside our patients on their path to real recovery.
