1. How do I find my PW?
Should be your last name Initial caps + last four of your phone number, ex. Smith1234
However, if this does not work, enter your email address, and click reset password. If you get an error that says “Error. Could not find an account with that username.” then see step two below.
2. How do I set up an account?
If you don’t have an account, then I can assist you in setting one up. All I need is your name, email, treatment center name, address, phone number, and the name of your Regional Director.
3. How do I update my address?
Login, and click on “My Account”, type in your corrected address and click “Save A Account Settings. Users can login and change their profile address at any time. All address updates are the user’s responsibility.
4. How do I pay at check-out?
At checkout you will see Shipping, Billing, and Payment fields. Here you will select Pay by Net 30.
5. Where’s my order?
All orders require the approval of your RD before processing so we recommend that all PDs should remind their RD to look for an email when they submit a new order. Once approved production can begin.
6. How do I check the status on my order?
There are 3 ways:
- There is an order confirmation email that gives a status link
- Login > click orders > click status
- Call our printer directly (ThinkWithInk) at 1-866-590-8403
7. I’m a PD and in charge of multiple stores, do I need multiple profiles under my email?
Short answer is no, you will choose your main location for your account. Then when you order, be sure to specify during check out the address you want the order shipped too. Shipping address is part of the checkout process.
Important: Please check for accuracy of your shipping address during the ordering process before it is approved. This could cause serious delays with orders. Please double check artwork before approving.
