Easy-to-use Immunization Tracker
Paycor has implemented a new user-friendly immunization tracker which allows you to quickly enter immunization details and upload any documents. It is as simple as logging in to Paycor and clicking on Personal Information and then on the Immunization Tab. From there, follow the on-screen instructions.
Employee Engagement Survey
Our annual employee engagement survey will launch mid-October and we want to hear from you. We’ve implemented many of your suggestions based on feedback in past surveys and look forward to hearing how we’re doing and how we can continue to improve.
Open Enrollment for 2022 Benefits
BHG’s annual Open Enrollment for 2022 benefits launches November 1 and goes through November 12. We have some new value-added options this year and will discuss in detail during the open enrollment meeting at noon, October 28.
Employee Rewards and Recognition
Employee Rewards and Recognition are here to stay! With the launch of the Applause employee recognition tool, we have included an Employee and Manager of the Month program. The selection criteria will be among those who embody BHG’s core values and will be eligible for not only recognition, but also a meaningful reward.
October 18 through 22 is Medical Assistants Recognition Week. Please take a moment to recognize your team members. Don’t forget you can use the Applause platform as well.

Marcia Satterfield Retires from BHG Knoxville-Citico

celebrated her legacy and how she impacted their lives.
After 22 ½ years as a counselor, we celebrated the retirement of Marcia Satterfield, one of the most delightful, elegant and graceful colleagues I’ve had the privilege to work with. At the young age of 70, she’s fit and healthy and always brought a level of that energy to all of us. She started with DRD (Drug Research and Development) and stayed on board after BHG acquired the facility.
It’s evident that healthcare is in her blood by the way she works with such integrity and honesty and the way colleagues and patients love her. We all shed quite a few tears as we shared stories about some of our favorite, meaningful moments with her. Hands down, what everyone said was that Marcia had touched their lives as if they were patients themselves.
Since she’s been gone, I’ve had four patients tell me how much she impacted their lives. The relationships she’s formed with them are so strong and so respectful. She is a wonderful model of a good counselor and human being.
Marcia, we miss you and wish you all the best life has to offer as you enjoy the next chapter of your life. Thank you for inspiring us all!
