Your Glassdoor Reviews Help Our Recruiting Efforts

Glassdoor is a leading destination for job seekers to gain insights about companies and decide where they want to work. They value the perspective of people who know the company inside and out. We also see Glassdoor as a great sounding board where your insights help us become a better company. Bottom line, your voice matters and can be a strong influencer in our efforts to recruit more team members like you. So, head over the Glassdoor.  We’d love a five-star rating from you, but most importantly we want your honesty!

Step 1: Visit Glassdoor.com and create a free account by entering your email address and create a password to get started.

Step 2: Once you’re signed in, you’ll be asked to rate a company you’ve worked for in the past or currently work for, write a review, describe the interview process, provide your confidential salary information, or write a benefits review. This is a part of Glassdoor’s “Give to Get” policy.

Update: PTO and Vacation Combine into One Time Code

We are excited to announce that Behavioral Health Group (BHG) is updating the Paid Time Off (PTO) policy by combining PTO (known as sick leave) and Vacation into one time-off code.

This change provides our employees with more flexibility with time off vs. designating between vacation and sick time.  Also, we updated the PTO allotment tiers by years of service and added an additional floating holiday. We will also begin including community service “Pay It Forward” program time off (details to be shared in an upcoming Progress Notes).

Paid Time Off (PTO) Overview for full-time employees who work 36+ hours each week:

Years of Service PTO Days  Minimum Holiday’s  Floating Holiday’s Community Service Total Days
0-4 15 10 28
5-9 20 10 33
10 + 25 10 38

*Current PTO code (Sick Leave) will sunset at the end of 2022 as this time off code is consolidated in the new one time off code as described above.

*The revised PTO program does not include the state of Minnesota.

If you have any additional questions about the PTO policy changes, please reach out to [email protected]
