Helping You Perform at Your Best, Highest Potential
By Lanear Allen, Manager of Human Resources
In a competitive environment changing as fast as ours, it is vital that all of our employees are supported to perform at their best and realize their highest potential. We believe that providing feedback and coaching for growth and development purposes are critical activities that are core to the success of our business. That’s why, on December 1, we launched our annual performance management process.
The Paycor system will send an email notification to managers and employees, however, please ensure that this information is shared with all managers who have direct reports as appropriate.
BHG’s goal for the performance management process is to provide feedback to our employees in focal point review cycle. All full time and part time employees hired before October 1, 2020 are eligible for a performance review. Managers will have the opportunity to complete the performance assessments and deliver them directly to their employees. The focal point review will be facilitated through the Paycor system.
