Coach with Purpose
The performance review process kicked off on Friday, November 18. We have made several enhancements to modernize and improve the experience. During the review process you will evaluate your team members’ performance, review how they are living our values, discuss their strengths and opportunities, and provide coaching and feedback. This also serves as an opportunity to solicit feedback and facilitate two-way dialogue.
Timeline:
November 18 – December 2: Team members complete self-reviews
November 18 – December 16: Managers complete performance reviews (managers can wait until self-reviews are completed or immediately complete the review as the team member will not be able to see the manager’s review)
December 19 – January 6: Manager and team members have a review discussion
January 23 – February 28: Goal setting process (details to follow)
Feedback with Purpose
The Voice of the Team Member survey results were overall positive with some areas where we can get even better. We are excited to have you review the results and share them with your team members. You will be receiving and email with a link to the PowerBI page in the coming weeks. The next step is what really matters – taking action. We will be providing you with tools and resources to review the results with your teams and to write your action plan.
Timeline:
Week of 11/29:
- All leaders receive access to PowerBI to review results
- Provide job aid to review results
- Provide tips/tools to review results with the team and build an action plan
12/5 – 12/31
- Leaders share results with their teams
- Identify two items to work on
- Build an action plan
- Enter the action plan as a goal in Paycor
Reminder: Field team members need to complete their Seasonal Flu Vaccine training and survey by 11/30. Please remind and follow up with your team members to get this completed.
