Opt-In For Paperless Form W-2
Want to get your W-2 and other important documents early? Select electronic delivery in Paycor! We are pleased to offer electronic delivery of your W-2 for 2022. Your W-2, 1099, and 1095-C will be available earlier for viewing and downloading in PDF format by logging into your employee portal. In order to receive your W-2 electronically instead of a paper copy, please refer to the following instructions:

How to opt-in to a paperless form W-2
1. After you log into Paycor, at the top click Me and then select Pay Stubs. The Compensation History screen appears
2. On the Compensation History screen, click the Paperless Options tab.
3. To opt-out of receiving paper Form W-2s and opt-in to only electronic Form W-2s, on the right side mark the checkbox under the Paperless On field.
4. When the Consent to Electronic W-2s screen appears, review the consent and then click Sign & Continue.
This occurs:
- The Paperless Options screen updates and shows a checkmark in the Paperless On field.
- A new Consent Waiver link appears. Click the link to review your consent waiver.
5. Anytime you want to receive paper Form W-2s:
- Go to the Paperless Options tab.
- Click the checkbox to remove the mark from the Paperless On field.
- When the popup window appears, click Yes to turn paperless off.
