BHG Jackson Gives Out the Sweets on National Chocolate Day

BHG Jackson celebrated National Chocolate Day on October 28 and brought some “sweet” joy to staff and patients.

(Right) Sierra Kasson, T-LMGT, Counselor, served everyone her homemade Snickers Cake. (Left) Shanika Jenkins, MSW, Counselor, handed out Reese’s candies. The votes are in and this team recommends that Chocolate Day be a weekly tradition.

Vaccine Campaign Winners

Check out our October Vaccination Campaign winner who received $100 e-gift card. Thank you for taking care of “us” so that we can take care of our communities.

Sarah Overbey, LPN, Nurse – BHG Corbin Treatment Center

How to participate in the campaign

In support of BHG’s infectious disease vaccination policy, we are encouraging team members to vaccinate. If for any reason you pay out of pocket and it’s not reimbursable through insurance coverage for an infectious disease vaccination, you may submit the expense through our expense reimbursement system, Certify. In addition, if you receive a vaccination against an infectious disease, your name will go into a monthly drawing for a $100 gift card (3 cards each month will be awarded).

Haven’t entered the monthly drawing yet?

Step One. Get your vaccine and proof that you did, either as a receipt for the cost of the vaccine or a vaccine dosing card.

Step Two. Log in to Paycor and click on Personal Information and then on the Immunization Tab. From there, follow the on-screen instructions. HR will add your name into the random drawing.

You can find both the vaccination policy and a COVID-19 Vaccination FAQ on our HR SharePoint. Our HR SharePoint site and documents answer questions, and provide updated information coming from authorities. If you don’t find what you need, please reach out to [email protected].

Note: Above winner voluntarily granted permission for their names to be used in this announcement.
