Thank you all for doing your part to help BHG maintain a culture of compliance and our centers continue to be the lifelines our patients need. Compliance enables us to provide a nurturing and supportive environment where patients can find their own strength and fortitude, and where our staff know they are working in an ethical, safe place.
As a reminder, BHG has a 24/7 Ethics Hotline that you can call into (1-855-898-9091) or report online at www.reportlineweb.com/bhgrecovery. This provides a way to proactively report any ethics or compliance concerns or even suspicion of a concern. The Hotline is answered by a Call Specialist who is not a BHG employee. When reporting, you may provide your information or remain anonymous. All reports are reviewed by the Compliance team within 24 hours of submission, and investigations are completed as appropriate.
To keep the Ethics Hotline visible at all times, all treatment centers should have our “Speak Up!” posters displayed in an area accessible to patients, visitors, and staff. To order posters for your facility, go to the Marketing Print Portal on SharePoint.
